Dec 10 BAS/NHC UK National Steelband Panorama 2019 - Mangrove Steel Band

The UK National Panorama competition is the Association’s showcase event, featuring the best of UK steel bands and steel pan music.

Winning this competition takes months of focused practice, hard work and dedication, and the band used their experiences and success in 2018 as their starting point. Their performance of “Savannah Grass”, arranged by US-based Andre White, captured the spirit and energy of the tune and catapulted them into first place by 18 points.

Winners of the 42nd UK National Panorama competition are Mangrove Steel Band.
